Own the Vision

One of the uniqueness of our humanity is the ability to see ideas, concepts, and pictures with the mind. Everyone has visions. You have the ability right now to see yourself where you want to be in the future. Therefore, its not whether or not we can have a vision, its whether or not the vision is from God. A God-given vision is powerful, vivid, animated, compelling, and has a purpose which will bring glory to God with your life. You might not understand its meaning, but you will have a clear picture of it. Why does God use visions to communicate with us? Visions are easy to remember and act on. It represent one of many ways God will speak into your life. The average Christian don't pay much attention to this form of communication from God. Even when the vision or dream is reoccurring, its meaning is simply ignored. A God-given vision is God's way of giving you a preview about the coming attraction in your life. A vision can alert you to Satanic works in your life. It can give you heads up about what God is doing in your life. And it can show you what is possible if you are willing to follow God's blueprint of success. Going forward, evaluate every dream and vision that reoccur in your life. Write them down and ask God in prayer about its meaning. When you are clear on the vision, own it! It won't come alive without an owner.

Freed Up!

God's vision for His people is far different than Christians see themselves.  God's vision is a picture of His people living freed up so that they can continually look up.When Christians are strapped by a mountain of debt and uncontrolled spending, they can't be free to let their christian light shine. The ability to live freed up depends on where we find satisfaction. When our satisfaction is in God, we could discover a level of contentment that fulfills our need to find satisfaction in stuff.Jesus told us that when we seek first our satisfaction in God, we wouldn't have any unmet needs. When Christians allow God to be dethroned in their heart, there treasure will become earthly things, and where our heart is, we will find our treasure.

Experiencing the peace of God!

Our idea of peace is to have no feelings of hostility; it would be the absence of contentious people from our lives, a stress free environment, and no worries or cares. But the peace that God gives transcends all of that. To be clear, we all need to find peace; we all need to find ways to relieve the stress from the mess! But, true peace can only be found with God. Jesus said to his disciples, " peace I give you, my peace I leave with you. Not as the world gives it." The peace we experience in this world is short-lived. It can't withstand the strain and the stresses of life. The worries and cares of life treats worldly peace like a punching bag. Peace is inner tranquility. True peace is produced in the life of a christian by the Holy Spirit. It's called a fruit of the Holy Spirit. It's called a fruit because of its nature. Fruit, like peace is desirable. The Holy Spirit allows believers to experience perfect peace when they have absolute trust in God and His promises. No matter how much of the Spirit you have, if you don't trust the Word of God about your situation, you won't be able to separate the stress from the mess of your situation.
